Meat dishes:  meat is mainly cooked on a griddle, by the fireplace in the dining-room; other meat dishes are cooked on a wood oven, thus obtaining a extraordinary taste and flavour. The meat is of an excellent quality and freshness. You may taste - between the classical meat -  entrecôtes and T-bone steaks of  certificated “Chianino” beef; sheep mutton and little pig not weaned. In our menu you will also find out some particular meat dishes, as the bison and the ostrich, whose nutritional values and taste are not inferior to the other meat.
